HSS Test Bench
Our Test Bench has three dedicated test stations which are used for testing Fixed & Variable displacement Piston pumps, Fixed & Variable displacement Piston motors & Fixed displacement Vane pumps. Two electric motors 1 x 160kw & 1 x 75kw allows us to test our repairs up to the required OEM specifications.
We are therefore able to offer a specific specialised service to our customers on the products that are supported by our company.
In order to ensure that the hydraulic oil used on the test bench is kept to the highest levels of cleanliness we have installed 4 x 10-micron inline reverse flow high pressure filters for testing hydrastatic pumps & motors. 25 micron return line filters are also installed throughout the system. The use of an Parker off line particle counter is used for in-house fluid cleanliness checks.
