Customer Product Training

Due to the highly technical nature of the Parker Denison products which is compounded by the lack of expertise available in the market, we are often called upon to undertake product training by our customers.

We pride ourselves in the body of knowledge and experience we have gained over the years and are happy to share this information with our valued customers.

Facility Standards

We are an ISO 9001 Certified company and maintain our facility standards to ensure that we remain ISO compliant. Our tools are calibrated where relevant and calibration certificates are available for reference.

Warranty

Our factory reconditioning process is of the same standard as that which you would find at the factory of origin. We therefore back all our reconditioned products with a 6 month warranty giving our customers peace of mind that they are in good hands with HSS.

Stockholding Policy

Our philosophy towards stockholding is simple; carry in stock, on our shelves, sufficient prime stock to support our customers’ day to day needs and maintain stock on order to cater for future needs in an effort to ensure that we do not disappoint the customer at any time.

We are proud to confirm that while there are many ‘copycat pirate’ spares in the market today we carry only original Parker/ Denison spares and products for your peace of mind.
